Upper Seven Law is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to holding the powerful accountable.

Please note that we are rarely able to provide individual representation upon request. We are not traditional immigration attorneys nor do we provide representation in criminal defense matters, landlord tenant disputes, contract disputes, or other highly individualized cases. Our capacity to take on additional clients is also extremely limited at this time.

If you are seeking legal representation, we recommend reviewing the Montana Legal Services Association’s website and the Montana Bar Association’s website for information about available legal resources. We monitor both our office voicemail and contact email address and try to respond to messages within a week of receipt, but we cannot guarantee a response without adequate contact information included. Multiple calls and emails will further slow our response time.
