Who we are
Upper Seven Law is a 501(c)(3) Montana-based nonprofit law firm dedicated to holding the powerful accountable. Based on the belief that creativity and innovation in law are essential to advancing social justice and public interest objectives, this firm takes smart risks and invests the time necessary to build foundations for long-term accountability work. All donations are tax deductible.
What we do
Upper Seven brings lawsuits on behalf of Montanans to enforce the Montana Constitution. In addition to our litigation work we lead an educational initiative—the Montana Constitution Roadshow—that involves traveling around Montana to present to audiences of all backgrounds, political affiliations, and interests.
