Article IX, § 1(1) of the Montana Constitution expressly guarantees our right to a clean and healthful environment.
This provision inspired 7-year-old Audrey Hawkaluk, one of two art competition winners, to create this beautiful image titled “Fairy Spot” in celebration of the quiet beauty of our state.
Donors at the $100 level have the option to choose between Audrey’s “Fairy Spot” tote OR Phillip’s “We Are Still Here” T-Shirt.
Article X, § (1)2 of the Montana Constitution inspired our grand prize art competition winner, 15-year-old Phillip Lamere, Jr., to create this image of Sitting Bull titled “We Are Still Here.”
